Bianca Zhang

Bianca Zhang serves as the Chief Operating Officer at WomenStrong International, where she oversees internal operations, organizational administration, and finances.

Bianca has extensive non-profit management experience, supporting a variety of international research projects and initiatives. Prior to joining WomenStrong, Bianca worked for the Nonproliferation Policy Education Center. As Deputy Director, she handled all financial and administrative responsibilities, led staff, and provided project management for the Center’s nuclear energy and security programs. Bianca has also worked at the American Bar Association Section of International Law, where she managed the International Models Project on Women’s Rights, an effort to establish a global collaborative research database on women’s rights under law.

Bianca is a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional and Project Management Professional (PMP). She has a Master’s in International Affairs from American University, where she focused on Comparative and Regional Studies (Asia) and International Communication. She graduated from Occidental College with a dual degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs and East Asian Studies.
