Tiffany Green is a leadership, change and organization development practitioner with over 18 years of global experience guiding leaders and organizations through transformational change and growth experiences. Tiffany has proven effectiveness working as an inclusive global HR leader collaborating with staff from over 25 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. She leads with adaptability, influential leadership, and a keen capacity to navigate ambiguity; this has led to her success in building strong relationships and helping clients create a one global approach which is critical to organizational impact.

Tiffany provides human resource and organization development leadership; thought partnership and consultation with a method focused on curiosity, inclusion, empathy; and collaboration with a data driven, theory-based approach. She is extensively experienced in developing and implementing large-scale human capital initiatives, evolving leadership teams to high performance, driving culture transformation, organization design, talent strategy, knowledge transfer practices and scaling HR transformation globally.

Tiffany has experience successfully creating and executing global leadership and organization development strategies and programs across the private sector, implementing institutions and philanthropic organizations. These strategies include talent management frameworks, team/leadership effectiveness models, executive coaching programs, leadership development and management training programs, diversity, equity & inclusion practices, career pathing, talent and succession pipelines, workforce planning, performance management/review processes, rewards and recognition programs, and onboarding. She is versed in bridging the cross-cultural human capital needs and business strategy of organizations expanding into emerging markets to create inclusive, equitable and innovative people practices to improve attracting, retaining, and mobilizing global talent.

Tiffany has led work for organizations in the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Mozambique, South Africa, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Dubai, Djibouti, India, China, the Philippines, and Indonesia. She has lived and worked in multiple countries and currently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Tiffany is certified in the Team Performance Model, Situational Leadership, the Leadership Circle 360 Assessment, FIRO- B, Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Co-Active Coaching. She has also been trained in the Whole-Scale Change methodology and the Kates Kessler Organization Design Global Operating Model. Tiffany has held leadership roles in Human Resources and Organization Development across her 18+ year career in defense, healthcare, conservation, and philanthropy. She most recently was Head of Human Resources, Africa for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from North Carolina A&T State University.
