Susan J. Rosenthal is a global business strategist, executive advisor, and CEO and Founder of LuminEdge Advisors, LLC, a strategic advisory company helping for-profit and nonprofit leaders strengthen leadership, accelerate growth, and build scalable, high-impact organizations.

With more than 25 years of C-suite leadership experience—including roles as CEO, President, COO, Chief Marketing Officer, General Manager, and SVP of Global Strategy & Marketing—Susan has generated more than $1 billion in new business revenue and led growth and transformation across industries and international markets. She expanded Ocean Spray Cranberries’ European operations across 10 countries, increasing profits by 400%, and has contributed to the success of organizations including Citi, Colgate-Palmolive, Ocean Spray, AT&T Wireless, and numerous entrepreneurial and mission-driven organizations.

Throughout her career, Susan has developed strategic growth blueprints for hundreds of organizations, launched new products, services, revenue streams, and distribution channels, and helped expand business opportunities across 100 countries. She is recognized for blending Fortune 500 strategy with entrepreneurial agility, transformational leadership, and organizational development.

Susan holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan. A Certified Business Coach and Professional Corporate Speaker, she serves on business and nonprofit advisory boards and has lectured at the U.S. Department of Commerce, NYU, Pace University, and The Levin Institute.
